KC BANDS TOGETHER is a free celebration of Kansas City, from Kansas City musicians. Lots of them still live here and some will be joining us from around the world in a celebration of our music and culture. We hope you can tune in and watch.

The event is a fundraiser for Midwest Music Foundation, an organization that's been dedicated to uniting and empowering the Kansas City area music community for the last 12 years by providing health care assistance, education and other resources to working musicians. 

We also know that lots of folks are going through tough times right now and may not have money to give. This event is also meant to be a spirit-raiser, where everyone can find some relief and joy in the music.
