It’s a crossroads neighborhood party . It happens every year. Kansas City’s only Kid Krewe Krewe de Prank parades around Westside and ends the party at the Brick with The Grand Marquis on stage. There is a buffet . All proceeds go to Rosebrooks domestic Violence Shelter. Donations are accepted for the Shelter. This year Rosebrooks has asked for toiletry items for all ages ,but specifically for the boys.
